APPEALS TO BIA and FEDERAL COURTS
A decision of the immigration judge in Removal proceeding can be appealed to the Board of Immigration Appeals within 30 days from the date of decision. A decision from the Board of Immigration Appeals can be appealed to the Federal Court of Appeal in the appropriate circuit. The Law office has experience in handling the Appeals in BIA.
